The Raven project has announced the release of version 1.2. They write in, "Raven is a build system that leverages Ruby tools (namely Rake and Gems) to let you build Java projects easily. It provides a way to handle dependencies, specific Rake tasks for Java, all based on Ruby. This release adds support for JRuby 0.9.1 and JUnit test cases."
