One of the things that I've now learnt the hard way is when copying directories within a CVS managed project, always remember to remove the CVS directories in the new copy. I forgot to do this recently when I was creating a new Pebble theme. I didn't want to actually commit this theme to CVS but I ended up overwriting the original copy with the new version. The reason? The CVS/Repository file pointed to the same location and contained the same set of files.

Moral of the story - remove those CVS directories when you copy directories!
