The prbeditor editor for Java property resource bundle files project has announced the release of version 0.9.6_3. "Support for Multi-line comments in all files was added. Comments in the default resource file are now editable like other table cells. Sample and comments panes may now be hidden. A new configuration option was added to escape characters when saving (turned on by default). Changing the file encoding when resources are opened will now change the encoding of the resources the next time these are saved. A ClassNotFoundExeption in Find Form which occurred when closing a form was fixed."
