WHy would a CEO with an alledged 10 years of web development keep making moronic beginner mistakes such as missing the doctype as the first html tag such as searchnet.com? It is about as funny as using an inexperienced MS degreed moron who cannot write business correct English as the marketing diva and never getting sales.

Not to mention when you reduce search display space in the main place holder page you reduce click-throughs, well duh! No amount of changing eye candy will increase the click through rates. Of course if the CEO actually mined the visitor logs he would have the information required to indicate these conclusions and not look os damn foolish.

But, that requires a real programmer with real experience rather than playing pretend for 8 plus years.
