Another Trick Domain Name Cybersquatters use besides the plain simple falsify information in the underlying whois record including the Indianapolis Domain Name Speculator is chaining fraudalent whois records together. What do I mean by7 whois chaining?

Let us take an example of this ruling concerning 9mm.com. Basically, someone attempted to steal a domain name registration through hijacking the dn via transferring to another registrar.

You basically assume that the first email with the new registrar is somewhat an indication of a falsified data in the whois record for that domain, in this case usa.com. Hmm, page holder page with that early of creation date? Nope, another whois record with false information.

Our confirmation that there might be false info in the whois record is that the contact info for the disputed now locked domain name of 9mm.com ie tech.com has the same exact whois record as usa.com with some minor variations. OS we add .com to the firm listed and bring up the whois record. Now we get a real address in Texas. What told me to do that? Fax area code and telephone area code did not match on the whois record of the usa.com. Unless you have multiple locations, ie a large company the those 2 numbers should have the same area code.

How do I know the ecorp.com inc(Indy Domain Name Speculator Start-Up) connection is valid? Ecorp never has had a listed number under its name, only two cell phone numbers one owned by the CEO and one by his girlfriend.
