The ironic thing about the YouTube purchase by google is that in 2001 one of the reasons I was hired to wokr for an Indy Domain Speculator was due to my community infrastructure building skills. Sites such as 3d.org, streaming.com, and etc were already popping with a local Indy animation show produced weekly.

It was the prefect set-up as Indianapolis was and still is a hub or spoke on the Internet2 network and with the right package of hiring university students we could borrow network bandwidth from two major universities located in Indianapolis. The obstacle was the CEO's invalid assumptions that you build it manually and do not automate or create a system whereas the content is created by users and automatically posted once uploaded.

The one thing I do not understand is why the CEO refuses to listen to experience and stop miss-managing the Internet2-bandwidth resource that is 2 major universities in Indianapolis. it goes way beyond just the over stated 1099s and the debt owed me. It goes right to the core of why every ecorp project fails.
