Even though most Eclipse GMT sub-projects are marked as Eclipse 3.1.2 they still will load into Eclipse 3.2.1. The most use you will get is out of the ATL transformations. Of course as you start to explore the other Eclipse GMT sub-projects you will start to see ways to use them to manipulate transformations from one data model to another.
