I think the biggest problem with this start-up not only in 2001 when I was an employee but even up till late 2006 has been the CEO and CEO's girlfriend refusal to plan, manage limited resources, assumption verification, listening, and etc. Let us give an example that highlights this set of bad habits.

In 2002 instead of paying debt owed and correcting my over stated 1099s the CEO bought commercial property in Shellbyville and Indianapolis. Unlike a normal experienced developer who would get a current zoning letter(this shows that property currently is following zoning laws and fully zoning compliant) and a zoning letter for future planing(this shows that future plans do in fact comply with zoning) the CEO instead decided to make the purchases blind.

As result in the property in Shellbyville is still not sold and still with vacancy rates. The property in Indianapolis faired worse in that the CEO attempted to do construction without permits and licenses and the Court ruled for the City and order the property vacated due to safety problems.

Web application development is like real estate development in that you must have the required development skills, project planing, listening to potential customers of the web application, and etc. But if you are too stupid to follow directions and listen to experienced people than you get a mess. It is even a bigger mess if in street language you depend upon cock or pussy rather than hard work.(Sorry there is no other way to put that to dense people)

I would help the two idiots that may be at c-68-58-6-248.hsd1.in.comcast.net but debt will be paid and my over stated 1099s will be corrected. it will take approximately 36 months to train you idiots in web application development because of the large problems in you two idiots not following directions, listening, verifying assumptions, habitual lying, and etc.

I get a large portion of visits from VCs such as Morgan Stanely, Goldman Sachs, and I have been offered cash and stock deals to build web 2.0 applications by VCs. And the CEO despite numerous press releases with miss spellings and wrong grammar by his girlfriend still has no VC contacts.

Taking email servers down to hide from debtors probably with no real development skills adds exactly zero to revenue and profits produced and in fact in some cases adds significant expenses for avoiding debt in the first place. I would rather see two idiots training in web application development than say facing the full legal consequences of their fraud and perjurious actions.
