Chock full of good info in wikipedia, participatory culture, Lessig, and other Benkler rainbows and sandals stuff...but with a concrete grounding in law.
Interestingly, most of the cool stuff is a Web 2.0-diction rephrasing of SOA, just more on actual details rather than desired results...though there's still plenty of desired results phrasing like "reuse."
On "Merlin," MySQL's upcoming management app: "a server-based database monitoring and advisory service which continually scans a user's database network for any likely system crashes, bottlenecks or security vulnerabilities"
