The ultimate strangeness is that with over stated 1099s from 5 years ago still not corrected, several hundred thousands in debt owed, and a free forum to present the evidence for all material miss statements that both the CEO and his girlfriend recently made and they will be both compelled and forced to listen to all the evidence against them and face the heavy duty consequences of miss use of a social security number, fraud, perjury, and etc. They will no longer be able to block communication to prevent being held accountable.
Of course making a fast effort to pay debt owed and issuing adjusted 1099s to represent debt paid and correcting previous over stated 1099s might be a better set of actions than having one's girlfriend face the large risks associated with miss use of a social security number charges, tax fraud charges, perjury, and etc.
Heck, the CEO might even find out how to get trained in software development so that he could for once produce a high tech product. And certainly if it was my girlfriend facing this amount of consequences for miss use of a social security number by over stating 1099s, perjury, fraud, and etc I would be very interested in paying the debt owed and issuing adjusted 1099s to fix everything so that my girlfriend would be 'saved' from the consequences of actions of a CEO and his girlfriend's lack of real work experiences, skills, and etc.
