The other strangeness I noticed in working for a Domain Name Speculator Start-Up in Indianapolis by accident as employee from middle of May 2001 until early December 2001 was the hiding of the real business in different corporate names sometimes with the CEO's girlfriend as figure head.

Usually the CEO would make the corporate name have the same exact mailing/physical address as the main corporation and put thousands of domain names parked with that corporate name so that this name was never on the registration data of the domain name. At times it was not just to hide from being accountable to domain name arbitration hearings but aslo from being sued for IP infringement such as trademarks and etc.

At times I wonder why rather than paying debts they would give me a free legal forum to present evidence of the non payments, over stating 1099s and other material miss-statements by the CEO and the other management person who is the CEO's girlfriend. And Judges always frown on peolpe messing with another's Social Security number even if its just over stating 1099s with malicious intent.
