As you know the Apache Pluto Portal plug-in at sourceforge is somewhat old and dead. Recently, OBjectWeb Lomboz has converted Lomboz to Eclipse WTP and has added a portal plug-ins. Lomboz was one of the original contributors to Eclipse WTP with its Lomboz base.

The plug-ins support all jsr compliant 168 portals.
