Every once in awhile I review NetBeans to see if it ever gets better. Whoever designed the Download Library UI behavior and etc should be shot, drawn, and quarter than burned to freaking crisp!

Selection method behaviors are different in several panes. And the fact that it is an obvious mistake in Human Interface design is even worse.
