Eclipse MTJ is moving towards 1.0 in late fall of 2006. Part of the delays is the complexity involved. Unfortunately, I have not been able to contribute to MTJ like I wanted as of yet due to some problems.

Mobile Application Development opportunities are so fragmented in the US right now as far as opportunities only being on the East and West coasts and I am stuck in the Midwest. Hopefully, I should have some writing gigs acquired so that it makes it possible for me to co0ntribute to MTJ on a reliable basis during the MTJ 1.0 to 2.0 ramp up.

Hopefully, I will work in how to use Eclipse MTJ on Linux at some point as I think the JavaME Application Development on Linux OSes should be part of the theme since I am moving my development environment to Linux.
