ExtremeTracking's free visitor tracking tools is kind of a neat service as I can match IPs with what has been searched onthe major search enignes. I can even track who is searching a site I have mentioned.

However, now they want you to register a new free account to get updated to the new free tool version. Basically, that means I would have to update very page template which some work. Maybe update it later at some point.
