Signs the start-up you are workign for is in trouble iof..

The Start-Up is in trouble if they are running a program in which they collect donated computers implying that they will repair them and donate them to schools whne in reality they are reparing them and asking their interns to use them for company web development projects.

A Start-Up is in trouble if they are attempitng to follow Paul Graham's advice and also be stealth with no release of even a beta test product n under 12 months of receiving funding. Paul's adivce is to release alpha and beta tests fo product publically and often to gather user loyaty andmarketing leverage.

If your firm is using any of these two strategies than it is time ot brush off the resume and leave...
