I am finishing my foss web site in the next few days and have enocuntered a marketing issue. How does one describe the skills and expertise in using knowledge of the mobile device and mobile networking infrastructure to develop JavaME applications without having an actual physical device to debug and test the applicaiotn on in the develoopment cycle?

Do I shorten it to using Virtualization techniques to test and debug Mobile Applications without a device or a limited number of devices?

BTW< the web design I came up with is to use a fluid 2 colmns with some imagery but overt iniages and css block style. The images are smaller but have enough commanding contrast to highlight the title of the website and the side menue.
