IBM’s Integrated Ontology Development Toolkit v1.1.2 (IODT) provides Javadoc, OWL-to-Ecore and Ecore-to-OWL transformation example code, and UOB data. Together, these technologies create an ontology toolkit for storage, manipulation, query, and inference of ontologies and corresponding instances on Eclipse-based Windows, Linux and Sun Solaris machines.
