SonyEricsson has released version 1.0 of their Mobile JUnit which brings JUnit testing to the JavaME CLDC along with integration with the WTK and debugging. Although there is no user docuemntation pdf yet, the javadocs are self explanatory as far as how to use if you are familar with Junit useage.

if you want to extend to send the test reports and results to a build montior, you will want to add a listner class for thar purpose as the Controller concept that SonYEricsson has already established within the Mobile Junit framework. At least from first view it is waht occurrs to my mind.
