Mary Jane Soft writes in with news about Micro18N: "the MicroI18N Library is an open source implementation of Java Specification Request - 238 the Mobile Internationalization API, version 1.0. This library implements the resource manager for applications, the Formatter and StringComparator are not implemented yet, but new versions of this library will include it. This is the first release of the library."
