Teppefall releases Surface 1.3, an innovative tool that lets you prototype Java 2D renderers in Javascript. The API is based on Graphics2D. New features include Layers, Rasterized only, Nested rendering, Video, Rotate Clockwise and Anti Clockwise, and Scroll-wheel support on both zoom and rotate.
