JBI, the Java Business Integration Standard (JSR 208) is gaining more potential as a JCP approved standard that defines the core component architecture for SOA. This article tries to provide a generic integration use case and its implementation using the JBI infrastructure and API. The article assumes familiarity with the JBI specification in general, Spring framework, UML and Java 5.0.
