You always hear of XAMPP, Lighttpd, and etc. But what about using JBoss Web Server? I mean if you are already running a build server deployment in Jboss already why not just add on JBoss Web Server to the mix to run your rails demo apps? FastCGI and SCGI should work the same in JBoss Web server as they did in Apache.
