Corner

In case you didn't know, I work out of my home office. Doing that has given me a new appreciation for the facilities people at companies: "home grade" furniture isn't really up to making me comfortable for a full day of work.

The last thing I need to take care of is getting a new chair (see above). The one I have is wooden and ancient. It was my grandfather's, so I have some emotional attachment to it, sure, but it's not very comfortable. I think I'm missing the 4PM martini with a side of cheese and crackers that made it work for him ;>

So, does anyone have recommendations? My only requirements are:

  • I don't want to spend a lot of money: $0-300 would be OK.
  • I like to lean back and keep my feet up as much as possible.
  • The space available isn't too huge.
  • I like wheels on the chair.

Any help would be appreciated. Until then, I'll keep an eye on craigslist.
