I forgot to add to startup rules, that if the startup starts listing past companies that sued tham as cusotmers than you should avoid that company. In this case eCorp lists DirecTV as a past sucotmer when in fact DirecTV was apst company that sued eCorp.com INC.

It would not surpsie me to find more false eCorp.com INC customers in this list; Microsoft, Disney, NexTel, WebEx, DirecTV, Yahoo, Internet.com and ServiceMagic. Nice obfuscation pattern from Mr Chad P Folkneing, CEO of eCorp.com INC.
