On Thursday I am suppose to be reviewing a project scope document and speaking with a company that wants a long term J2Me developer to do monthly projects. The pay is right.

It will give me a chane to see first hand how the Sprint-Nextel merger has turned out in that I will be dealing with deployment, digital signing, and etc of JavME(J2ME) applicaitons to iDEN handsets and Brew handsets. Such fun issues as how to enable user to get app to iDEN handsets, ie will Sprint Java Vending Machine support that action and etc.

Than on the LBS side targeting multiple LBS classes, one from Sun and one from Qualcomm. interesting to say the least as far as challenges.

Well, I should not complain because I have been searching for this type of opportunities so my free-time contributions to FOSS projects within JavaME and Java can be funded so that I can catch up all my commitments rahter than spend non-code hours to support myself.
