Lots of restructuring and replaning that never bore fruit, largely because there is too much territorial pissing contests that go on in R&D (the PATROL agent guys deliberately undermine the PATROL Express folks, the PATROL express folks piss on everyones shoes and steal functionality from other products, etc).
