Sprint's Developer Site has a new WTK for their handsets. An addition that you will notice is that the LBS Qualcomm QJAE closed extensions are no longer favored an tis the normal jsr approved LBS classes.

But that is typical in most LBS roll outs whereas you have a closed non approved java LBS classes than the jsr/jcp approved classes on the emulator and on the handsets themselves. Which means that if you are targeting Sprint handsets you check for the Qualcomm classes first.

Netwizard tracks the trials of working with sprintlbs through his srpintlbs blog category.
