Sun recently re-organizeed its Java ME sections to make it easier to find items. The first download section is very well organized and the only item that might be improved is that when mentioning a JSR next to a RI download that the link to the JCP.org JSR page should be given.

Having stated that, there are things that make you scratch your head in discust. For example, the 3rd party software downloads page has numerous wrong links to sites. An example is the Espial DeviceTop.com listing which has not been in operation for about 3 years.
