Nine weeks left to the Great Ocean Road Marathon and the mileage got cranked up. This week was 69.5km with a long run today of just under 23.5km. I thought it would be 24km but I must have got it wrong when I measured using the Google Maps Pedometer. That won't be a problem once I buy my new watch.

I'm happy that I handled the increased distances okay and I even managed a healthy pace on my Thursday tempo run.

Here's hoping that I remain injury free and each of the next nine weeks are as comfortable as this one.
