If you are using Eclipse 3.2M4 you will have to switch from the Checkstyle Eclipse plugin(eclipse-cs project at sourceforge.net) to Checkclipse(provided by MVMSoft.de) as the first one does not load in Eclipse 3.2M4.

As far as Jalopy and Checkstyle harmony, most o fthe mpages have been deleted form the las titme I talk about this from internet. However, you can still pull up the Maven checkstyle configuraiton xml wiki page(from acrhive.org) which you should be albe to modify to use as a check style config file when using jalopy and check style.
