This story is just nuts.
The lawsuit by Eolas founder Michael Doyle and the University of California, San Francisco against Microsoft on the grounds of patent (5,838,906) infringement has been won by Doyle, and has awarded him a $521 million settlement.
And it seems he will go after more big name companies as well.
