For those for us that use haystack, the Haystak update contains a bug. The edu.mit.csail.haystack.fs_1.0.8 plugin is missing the required plugin.xml file. Look at the plugin.xml file for the corresponding feature plugin to get an idea of what the missing plugin.xml should contain.
