Last time we explored CEll ID we found out that using signal strength alone was not enough data to improve CEll ID positional accuracy to act as a subsitute LBS. But, we know that as data points of signal strengths and cell ids get collected we may improve the positional accuracy if we save the data.

Gee that sounds like a GIS type search engine application to me, how about you? Part of the innovation is picking an imperfect model that has a better chance of fitting aporblem than nay other person has done.

Do we have a rank algorithm that ranks the data points around aspects such as signal strength and etc? Yes, the difference in this case is the service application is the end user instead of the web viewer in the case of CELL ID data.
