Today's Nelsonesque 'haha' goes to NTP for rejecting half a billion in settlement money from RIM (angling for more $$$) and then being informed that the underlying patent claim is going to be rejected by the United States patent office: The patent owner's arguments are deemed nonpersuasive, said the patent office document [...] The next office action is expected to be a final rejection of all current claims. Probably waaaay premature of me, but I couldn't resist....
