For those of us who depend on Cygwin packages, there is a new home for Cygwin Ports. It includes a new server url to make uploading using cygwin setup.exe easy and efficient.
Gnome is in place and KDE appears almost finished. Of course, not only programming packages but packages such as Scribus and etc.
