I found a way to determine Cell ID position accuracy of a mobile device using just Cell ID and signal strength to about 45% to 85% of LBS accuracy! Think I am nuts, do you?

So we do not have to wait for LBS devices to flood the market and we do not have to fight with Mobile Operators to get secret LBS data from the the cell gateways. So what is the method?

Lets just say its not signal strength degradation by distance alone. In fact it requires some server infrastructure changes implemented not in the cell gateways but on a Mobile Applications Providers servers.

Now to find some VC to pay me to accomplish this magical feat of determining position to 10 to 80 meters just on Cell ID and signal strength.
