That is right folks, Mozilla Sunbird 0.3 released with improved WebDAV remote calendar support, backups of data including local calendars using embedded SQLite, and full support of themes and extensions according to the release notes.
Because it is still alpha you should make a copy of your profile file or copy down what remote calendars you are subcribed to before installing Mozilla Sunbird 0.3.
Scheduled for the 0.4 alpha release of Mozilla Sunbird is support for the CalDAV calendar format, imporved calendar vies, and a better event dialog.
