Guess what else David Biesack missed in his Plugging into Sourceforge.net Eclipse Article? Take a wild guess, such as did it have to do with making CVS easier?

One of the features of the AJDT project even though you may not heavily the main core features is a little addition or example of the visualizer, namely a cvsvisualizer visualizing cvs in a bar and stripe manner. Gee, where have we seen that display before? Could it be in the Performance charts with the recent Eclipse IDE releases? Ding Ding!! We have a WINNER!

You can find the cvsvisualizer provider for the AJDT project on the summary page of the AJDT Visualizer.

The reason why this article is bothering me is that we need better information and osme adequate research in preparing Eclipse Articles. In the mid 1990s I was a Computer Trainnner/Instructor/Consultant on a third party contract at LTV. Part of my work there was highlighting errors like this and fixing those error in courseware and training materials.

Its not that the article is bad, its just that its missing key items that the Eclipse IDE user should be aware of and be exposed to in their Eclipse IDE learning process.
