In the 2.0.1 version of RedHat's ChangeLog plugin for Eclipse there is one little bug that prevents the plugin from loading in Eclipse. Go to the com.redhat.eclipse.changelog.core_2.0.1 folder and open plugin.xml in any editor. At the begining header of the plugin tag change the version from 2.0.0 to 2.0.1.

Looks like Phil Muldoon forgot the basic test of load in Eclipse to make sure plugin initializes. The other RedHat Eclipse plugins can be found in the summary page.
