I think I have tracked down my Subversion connection problem in Eclipse. It might be a compatibility problem with the JavaSVN library and the subversion version. Its fixed in the new JavaSVN source however the subclipse Eclipse plugin does not have the new JavaSVN library.
Thus, I should have the windows version of subclipse modified to fix this on Friday evening, hopefully.
The How To Write a serverdef plugin has been pushed back to being completed this weekend.
