From Grocklaw, a full analysis of SCO Group's claim to own any portion of Unix is proven false The only item SCO Group owns is Sytem V code which is only one Unix implemenation not all of them!. My bet is that SCO Group will be forced not to implement their Linux invoicing in October and will have to come with new FUD to keep stock prce above water.
