For those of you who work in some other Mobile language other than J2Me(JavaMe), Mikolaj Zalewski has almost finished a 0.6 version of his neat SymbianOSC++ Eclipse plugin.

Noteable new features is that you do not need to download the MS Platform SDK when you are using a SymbianOS SDK with the MS toolchains as dumbin.exe and lib.exe are included in the plugin. Note you need to use CDT2.1 as this will not wokr with CDT2.0.2.
