This morning I fixed some small issues with Clickstream (small OpenSymphony component), before I demonstrated it to the client. Everytime I demonstrate it, people are amazed that it is possible to track someone in this detail when he is using the web application. Advantagous for the support team to see what the user is doing, can be used by marketing to track customer interests, can be used by developers to debug the application.
