That is right folks, Sun is considering on joining the Eclipse project in 6 months when it seperates from IBM according to this Yahoo News Article. However, this does not mean that Sun will drop NetBeans but it does mean that Sun feels Eclipse has got the developers mind share especially in the OpenSource community and Amoung Java Developers.
