I may get the opportunity to write some J2ME Articles/Tutorials for a developer Portal this summer and fall. Thus, I have been running different ideas in my mind.
The most interesting set or series of J2ME articles that I can come up with center themselves around coding patterns/styles in J2ME and their memory and performance cost on devices. Some obiovus areas are:

ResourceBundles versus Message
Its not the most exicitng as far as playing with new J2ME Technollogy but the nuts and bolts of this JVM internals applied to J2ME is very important notherless.
