If you are looking for a good Document Management System that can work both in small team and large team environments that you should take a look at JLibrary. JLibrary supports the new JSR170 standard and its client side stuff runs on the RCP framework. on both windows and linux systems.

Be patient with the English documentation as they only recently have obtained help to translate the docs from Spanish to English.
