If you are using Ivy to manage your Java library dependencies than you have the nice task of creating all those ivy-1.0.xml files that go into the repository along with the jars and other artifacts. I am using ant-contrib tasks and ant to automate the process.

By using a return delimited list of both global and individual module attributes in a props.txt file s the input I can reduce the amount of ant logic down to something more managemable from the stand point of the build script being reuseable.
