If you are takign the step ot start use Ivy to manage your library dependencies there is now a new Eclipse plugin to confgiure and modify the Ivy.xml files of the Ivry Repositories.

Yes, the resolvers for storing Ivy Repostiories on Version Control systmes besides the Maven Repository are in the works and shoud come out within a small time period.
