Apparently people are having trouble getting the joscar 0.9.2 demo (JoscarTester) to run. Try removing the line that contains "setRequestTtl(0)" (I believe it's in AbstractFlapConn.java) and recompile. 0.9.3 should fix this once and for all. :) It will be released...
